Tenè Gray is the visionary founder and CEO of A.R.T. Development Consortium, LLC, a mission-driven company focused on real estate development and educational services. Through strategic investment, thoughtful design, and equity-centered work, Tenè is committed to strengthening communities and expanding opportunity.
As a licensed Illinois real estate broker, investor, and educational consultant, Tenè brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, investors, and organizations. She provides trusted real estate guidance including buying, selling, and investment support alongside educational consulting services such as instructional design, faculty/instructor coaching, and professional development workshop facilitation.
Under her leadership, A.R.T. Development Consortium is more than a business, it’s a purpose-driven firm dedicated to helping people build generational wealth, grow knowledge and capacity, and take confident steps toward long-term success, whether it's in real esate or education.
When she’s not working with clients, Tenè is mentoring aspiring investors, supporting educator growth, and serving her community with heart and purpose.
