As a licensed real estate broker, investor, and educator, Tenè brings over a decade of experience helping individuals, families, and investors navigate the real estate market with clarity and purpose. Her unique background blends education, leadership, and community engagement positioning her to guide clients not only through transactions, but through transformation.
Under her leadership, A.R.T. Development Consortium is more than just a business, it’s a mission-driven firm dedicated to helping others create generational wealth, reimagine neighborhood potential, and take bold steps toward ownership and impact.
When she's not helping clients secure their next opportunity, Tenè is mentoring aspiring investors, supporting faculty development in higher education, and serving her community with heart and purpose.

A.R.T. Development Consortium, LLC was born from both passion and purpose. As a licensed real estate broker and investor, I founded this company with a clear mission: to create opportunities for ownership, build generational wealth, and reimagine what’s possible in the communities we serve.
The name A.R.T. reflects more than just development. It stands for Action. Revitalization. Transformation. These core values drive every project, partnership, and property we touch.
Our journey began with a single investment and a deep commitment to learning the business from the ground up. I experienced firsthand the challenges and the power of navigating real estate as a woman of color and knew I wanted to create a company that not only built properties, but also built pathways for others.
